Today the training for Small holder women farmer from 7 states in Nigeria commenced. The training is focused on the Economic Literacy and Budget Accountability for Governance (ELBAG) methodology.
this methodology is a process that encourages participation and organizing of groups at the community level to engage in policy issues using the State or Local Government budget as a tool.
